1. For the highest level, if we used cname where does the leaderjam name show up for our customers?
2. In the features listed it states"Effortlessly enroll participants into specific cohorts, track their progress in real-time, report back, foster communication and collaboration, customize the learning experience" 2a) Can you confirm progress is tracked in real time ie how much of a course someone has finished 2b) what is cohort functionality?
3. If someone has not started the course in a certain time, is there any zapier integration so we can email them
4. Can we upload higher resolution videos?

The LeaderJam name does not appear in the url or anywhere else. (It does come up in the footer where terms and conditions have details related with LeaderJam.)

2a) Can you confirm progress is tracked in real time ie how much of a course
someone has finished

Currently, we track how many courses a user has signed up for.We are currently working on developing progress tracking in real-time to show the status of course progression.

2b) what is cohort functionality?

Currently, our platform allows you to add or remove users and send emails. We
are still defining other cohort functionalities that will further enhance the
learning experience.

3. If someone has not started the course in a certain time, is there any zapier
integration so we can email them

We already have automated email notifications for various scenarios. We are also considering third-party email integrations to the platform. Additionally, you can use our broadcast feature to send reminders to users.

4. Can we upload higher resolution videos?

Yes, you can upload higher resolution videos on our platform. There is a cap on the storage for each course though (10GB).
