2) Is there a time limit for live, one-to-many sessions, such as webinars?

6) What is the extent of LeaderJam's CRM ability?
7) Integrations: Can I add my LeaderJam landing page signups to an external CRM and email platform via a Zapier-like platform? EXAMPLE: A person opts in on my LeaderJam landing page, and their information is sent to the LeaderJam CRM and MailChimp via existing LeaderJam integration or a connection platform, etc.
8) Are there plans to facilitate the sale of digital products, i.e., ebooks, etc.?

We have provided responses below by each question.
1) Is there a time limit for private, one-on-one coaching sessions?
If the live session you are conducting is priced, there are no time limits. For
free sessions, the session can be up to 40 minutes per session.You can do 1-1 sessions for a duration of 15 mins to 90 mins. For free, it's capped at 40 minutes. Zoom doesn't cut off at 1 hr. It cuts off after the session end time.
2) Is there a time limit for live, one-to-many sessions, such as webinars?
The 1-to-many sessions can be scheduled for 1 to 12 hours. For free, it's capped at 40minutes. Zoom doesn't cut off at 1 hr. It cuts off after the session end time.
3) Is there a time limit for live group meetings?
Similarly, there are no time limits for live group meetings, and you can
schedule them for any duration.
4) Can I chat privately (DM/IM) with a student?
Yes, you can. You can create a Chat Circle with one or more students, allowing
you to have private conversations.
5) Can I open chat (public) with a group of students?
Yes, you can create a public Chat Circle. To include everyone within your
private label platform, they must be part of the private label for security reasons. The
chat can be set to either public or private, but only members of your
organization will have access. If you want to include external students, you
can create a live session linked to a Chat Circle. Anyone who registers for the
live session will automatically be added to the chat.
6) What is the extent of LeaderJam's CRM ability?
Currently, the CRM capability within LeaderJam is limited. However, you can review clients, activate/deactivate users, and send broadcast emails.
7) Integrations: Can I add my LeaderJam landing page signups to an external CRM
and email platform via a Zapier-like platform? EXAMPLE: A person opts in on my
LeaderJam landing page, and their information is sent to the LeaderJam CRM and
MailChimp via existing LeaderJam integration or a connection platform,
etc.
We currently offer a landing page feature where you can collect signups via a
link. We are also adding third-party integrations like MailChimp. Automated emails are sent out when a user signs up for your private label, and you have the option to accept or deny requests. However, we currently do not support importing/exporting data between LeaderJam and external platforms.
8) Are there plans to facilitate the sale of digital products, i.e., ebooks, etc.?
Currently, the platform supports selling courses, bundles, coaching, multi-day conferences and more. , We do not have options for selling digital products like ebooks.
