Q: AI Messaging beyond the first linkedin outreach?
If I understand correctly, Leadfwd can automate a customised AI outreach on LinkedIn based on a user's profile. If they respond, will the AI continue the conversation until an appointment is made (or some other goal reached)? Or do we manually need to take over the conversation?
Can the SMS feature distinguish between landlines and cell phone numbers?

We can automate customized AI outreach via email (based on LinkedIn insights), but not Invite Notes or Direct Messages (yet, this is coming in the future). No AI conversation-mode follow up now or in the near term, you would want to take over the conversation for any interested leads (human in the loop style). Yes, the backend for the SMS functionality is Twilio and they will detect if a phone number is SMS enabled.
