Q: I am interested but...

I’m interested in purchasing your Tier 4 or 5 Agency Edition, but I have a few concerns before proceeding:

The email finder limit seems too low for the Tier 4 plan.
The contact management limit of 15,000 is restrictive.
As an agency, having the option to obtain phone numbers for individual profiles would be highly beneficial.
I’d appreciate your thoughts on these points before I make my decision.

You'll enjoy a 30% discount for the life of your account on additional Email Finder credits, if you find that you exceed the credits provided on a monthly basis.

With Tier 5 you can double the contact limit to 30,000. But we have to have limits and this just happens to be where we landed. It's possible we'll have a discount plan for agencies to expand their contact limits in the future as well. But let's see what the usage actually ends up being, because you can easily reduce your contact limit when contacts drop-off, unsubscribe, don't respond, etc.

Direct dials are definitely nice, but we don't offer that option at this time. It's something we're looking at and we may add it in the future. However, one caveat, the direct dial numbers wouldn't have the same credit value as verified emails. The direct dial phone numbers would require more credits than an email address.

Hello again! Immediately you can add Email Finder, Verification or Voicemail drop credits with a 30% discount. No waiting, it's there now. For additional Contacts, it's something we're open to once we actually have folks hitting those limits. There won't be any credits for phone number if we add that type of data, we will probably use Email Finder credits as the currency but with a different value

Like 5 email finder credits = 1 phone number. We'll have to see how the final data partnership unfolds. But we are looking at this closely.

I strongly believe you’ll increase the contact limits in the near future. However, 5 email credits for 1 phone number is still quite costly, and I feel the tool is incomplete without direct dial functionality. I would kindly request you to add this feature. I’m very interested in subscribing to your agency plan once the direct dial option is included.

Totally understand and it's definitely not for everyone. We don't have any plans to add a direct dial option. Most of our users that include outbound calling in their playbook will use our Tasks to schedule and manage their call list. If they have a phone number for their contact, the phone number is hyperlinked in our Tasks using tel: to trigger the users default phone app on their workstation.

Sorry for the misunderstanding. I was referring to access to direct phone numbers of leads, not direct dial. I’m looking for that feature as well to have access to the direct phone numbers of leads.
Is there an estimated timeline for when you might add this service? Once it's confirmed, I would be glad to proceed with purchasing your agency plan.

Ahh, ok. I understand. I don't think we would have anything in place until the end of Q4 or the start of Q1 '25. But I also don't know the ratio of Email Credits to Phone Number Credits... that will be based on our final partnership terms with the providers we ultimately select.

Appreciate that! I can confirm that it will be added in. But the caveat will be the timing (Q4 or Q1 '25) and the future cost. Even before you go with the agency plan, you can always start with a lower tier to validate our platform as well. You have flexibility, but let me know if you need help either way!
