Q: Limits for Agency plans

Hey Kevin. Leadfwd is looking solid and positioned uniquely. How do all limits work across subaccounts for T4-5? And are we able to place granular limits/scopes on users? Thanks

A: Hello there! The sub-accounts (or workspaces) share credits and contact limits with the main account. But each sub-account is 100% independent and nothing else is shared, so each has it's own contact data, sequences, configurations, users, etc. And yes you can get very granular on permissions for users. We have two pre-built user roles 'Admin' and 'Standard user', but you can create your own custom roles to assign to users - or create a custom set of permissions for each user.

Hey Kevin. Thanks for confirming the above. Just 3 more questions before I make a decision.

1. Are the max allowable contacts fixed or can we delete and re-import new leads over time?

2. How does purchasing higher contact limits work ($ per #)?

3. Do you plan on rolling out a white-labelled version for agencies, with a grey-labelled Chrome Extension? (We've seen other partners do this)

Happy to help. 1.) Yes you can set contacts to inactive and they don't count against your plan limit. Same with a status of bounced or unsubscribed. (https://www.loom.com/share/dd87ec67e333490592f783ef11d35a71) 2.) We don't have any mapped out for this yet. But my plan is to come up with a discounted rate for AppSumo plans T4 - T5 for agencies, so they can grow into the future.

3. The extension is the major hurdle to having a white labeled solution, since we can't publish multiple iterations of the same extension and it will always appear in the Chrome store as our brand. Curious what grey labeled actually means in this context. Might be something we can do, so I'm open to learning more about that.

Hey Kevin. Thanks for the responses.

Re: T4-5 discounted add-ons, that's a great plan and hopefully enables all concerned to sustain / scale long term.

Re: Grey labelling. It's a means by which some of our other software partners have been able to work around their branded Chrome Extensions. Essentially, they just clone the extension and release it under a grey label brand/domain that bears no association to their main brand. That way, white labelled partners can offer it without compromising their brand experience so much. Hope that makes sense?

Cool thanks for the clarification. This is a bit problematic for two reasons. The first being that we release and publish extension updates weekly, so there would be a lot of friction if we had to create these grey-labeled packages with each release and distribute. The second is that re-publishing an extension or replicating it, even with branding changes, is against Google's policies. A bit tough
