Hello, can you pls explain in more detail how the contact limit works? What does it mean to "manage" 1000 contacts for example?

A: Of course. A contact is a record that's imported into Leadfwd that can be engaged and enrolled in Sequences, Automation Workflows, etc.

In case we delete a contact via suppression list, does it remain counted ?

Nope, the suppression list will purge a contact record entirely. Any contacts on your suppression list will not count against your plan nor any contacts that are purged by the global suppression list.

Hey Kevin, does inactive contact count towards the contact limit?

Hello there! No they do not and contacts that have unsubscribed or are set to bounced do not count either.

Hi Kevin, I’ve been watching the onboarding video and when gathering contact from a group on LinkedIn does that count against the limit or is it only once they contact has been included in an action like an auto like or comment on LinkedIn?

Hey there! It only counts against the limit if you import the contact to Leadfwd. If for example you gather prospects and export them (with or without email address or mobile #s) to a Google Sheet or CSV or Zapier - then it never touches your contact database in Leadfwd. So it doesn't count. Let me know if that makes sense. Cheers, Kevin
