Q: Testing with a free account and when importing contacts random tabs kept closing on both edge and Chrome.
Is this a known issue? Also it seems to use a lot of memory causing other tabs to hang. I got 5 Gmail addresses, is that because I chose include risky emails? The concept is great but if I discount the Gmail addresses only 50% hit rate and i could not see any phone numbers. As a workaround can I import contacts from zoominfo for phone numbers and more emails and then enrich the leads with the LinkedIn (LI) profile data for use with AI? Not sure if there is an easy way. The zoominfo access i have is through work so I don't have access to the API. And can you add a Straico API in addition to OpenAI? Planning on getting the top tier of it will work for my use case but only finding 50% of email addresses is disappointing, if you add zoominfo to your waterfall email finder and add support for mobile numbers I'm sold!!

Sep 19, 2024A: That certainly could be the case and it depends quite a bit on your system resources and OS. Extensions can get greedy for resources and it's something we are constantly trying to optimize, especially as Chrome releases new updates. You can disable extracting Emails from LinkedIn Profiles (in Settings) and only accept emails from our Email Finder.
You can always export LinkedIn data only from our extension to a CSV or Google Shets and if you have access to Zoominfo, you can run it through their platform. I've always found Zoominfo to be hit or miss depending on the industry and their pricing is difficult to overcome for our market segment.
We are adding two new data sources this weekend, so early next week you might experience different results for your Email Finder lookups as well. As a reminder, you only utilize an Email Finder credit when we return a verified email.
Yes I agree, phone numbers would be a nice add-on. Its something we're looking at with a few of our data providers.

Thanks for the response, I'll test next week with a bigger sample group and see how many are found. Just to clarify:
- if I disable LI profile emails I will only get work emails from the email finder.
- if I enrich with zoominfo and upload the CSV back to Laedfwd will the phone and email be ready for use in a sequence? I don't need to manually enter the phone numbers or anything so I?

1.) Yup, exactly. Just disable that option Settings. 2.) You just need to map the phone number field from your CSV to the Primary Phone field in your Leadfwd database. 3.) No current plans to add that integration and I don't think it's likely. There are more highly requested Gen AI platforms at the moment.
