Our primary mission is helping sales orgs and founders develop sustainable pipelines. Doing that today is very difficult with old school playbooks that were based on high volume, low effort sales tactics. Successful GTM motions today require much more thoughtful prospecting (signal and account driven), personalized messaging, multiple channels and limited frequency.

There's not integration or connectivity between Pipedrive and VM drops. For Pipedrive the functionality will allow you to add people from Pipedrive into Sequences within Leadfwd. I can drop a video and article here for you to checkout if you're interested in more info on this.

Oh and no, we don't have a dialer. That's not really our thing. If you want to have a more automated cold calling integration, you can always create a step in your Sequence that triggers a webhook action to push a contact to a dialing app. In a few use cases I've seen in our platform, users typically do this in conjunction with Zapier or Make.

Thank you. I'm trying to understand how the vm drops work, but it doesn't have to be Pipedrive. I only mentioned them because it's the only CRM I would consider using if I had to to be able to use the vm drop function. It sounds like I can upload a list of leads that I've collects with phone numbers and put them into a sequence is what I believe I'm understanding???

Yup, exactly. You have it right. With our next release you would have the availability to enrich contacts using our LinkedIn extension with mobile numbers as well.
