Q: Which should I get tier 2 or tier 3
Hi Kevin LeadFwd looks like a great platform. But I can't decide whether I should get tier 2 or tier 3. Apart from the bigger limits what are the actual advantages of tier 3 over tier 2?
I used to be indecisive but now I'm not so sure! đ

So its a pretty big difference with the move from Tier 2 to Tier 3 (depending on your requirements). Tier 3 maps to our Pro plan and that gives you team management, user accounts, SMS (via Twilio) and some additional workflow actions that allow for trigger-based outreach that's instant.
Now! Whether you need any of that, is another matter. And also keep in mind, you can start with Tier 2 and vet the platform... and then upgrade if we've met your needs.
