Leadfwd - Plus Exclusive Reviews

We purchased Leadfwd last year and placed it on the shelf for future actions.

Now that our cold email outreach is in full motion, we rely heavily on the Leadfwd platform every day. It's loaded with features, and at the moment, we're using it to capture important content specific to the LI Sales Navigator scraping feature.

We've purchased several tools with simular feature sets both inside AppSumo, and Leadfwd is the best overall!

If you're looking for a tool similar to Evaboot, Phantom Buster, or other LI scrapers, grab this tool. You'll capture a complete dataset and save a bundle!

I've been using Expandi and MeetAlfred for a few years and hoped for an LTD that might do most of that - problem I had initially with with LeadFWD is I couldn't tell what I could automate and what i couldn't. As I'm more familiar with the product here's what I'm seeing:

1. Does great with sending LinkedIn invites
2. AMAZING with email verification, email finder, and phone number finder.
3. Follow up messages after a connection invite is accepted is iffy. There's no way for the solution to know when the connection was accepted - so they might accept on Day 1 or Day 20. Hard to tell and you may lose the follow up touch. Instead, you might want to set it to send the initial invite and then set the follow up message in a separte campaign that you can just select and add people to. Not ideal but certainly workable.
4. Kevin is very responsive - and they seem to continue to add to the solution. I'm thinking I should have gotten an even higher tier!
5. When they go cloud-based, this is going to be unstoppable!

The email finder tool is great, easy to use, and accurate, our team has liked and used this feature the most.

We also tried using the LinkedIn automation/semi automation and email campaigns. However, it was difficult to make sense of how to setup and run these campaign because of seemingly similar/confusing options and labels. UI and UX of the app needs improvement, because of this there is a learning curve.

Support team is responsive and it seems that there are continuous updates to the product so that's a big plus. This tool definitely has great potential, if UI/UX is fixed.

I really thing its a good tool provided it could be more easy for average not technical user to setup.
