I tried not only one tool but many but this is by far the most unstable one. We have sent multiple emails to the support of leadfwd.ai reporting those issues. All E-Mails have been sent from the registered AppSumo E-Mail to help@leadfwd.com. Since 15th November, means more than a week there is no answer anymore on several tickets which have been opened. Also requested a live call where we can get a demo by a sales person but that left also unanswered. The only thing I regret is that I trust the 5 star ratings before I tried it out myself and the 60 days are over so I won´t be able to return it back.

Ok, I typically don't write reviews unless I genuinely appreciate a product, and with that in mind, I must say that LeadFWD has quickly become one of my favorite tools. It has transformed our previously chaotic outreach process into a streamlined and efficient operation. Our outreach efforts are now not only effective but also outperform any paid advertising campaigns we've been running. Honestly, I believe we've uncovered the "secret sauce" that many LinkedIn influencers use but rarely share, and I can't fathom how we managed without it!

Initially, I encountered an issue with the Chrome extension, but Kevin provided exceptional support. He resolved the problem incredibly quickly, which was no small feat—definitely a testament to their top-notch customer service!

Although there is a slight learning curve, I found the platform to be surprisingly intuitive once I grasped the basics. The time invested in learning it pays off significantly.

Among all the tools I've acquired from AppSumo and elsewhere, LeadFWD stands out as one of my all-time favorites. It’s reliable and effective, and I can envision using it across multiple companies for years to come. If you're serious about outreach in any form, I highly recommend giving LeadFWD a try.

I'd give the product an extra taco for support if I could! Starting was a bit bumpy due to everything Leadfwd has to offer. However, Kevin stepped in and provided extraordinary guidance and support to get our campaigns kicked off! I have purchased many tools on AppSumo, but LeadFwd exceeded expectations. This company and tool will do very well!

We bought LeadFWD for LinkedIn prospection, as it looked like it had most of Waalaxy's features for a fraction of the price with a LTD nothing can beat.
Turns out LinkedIn scraping is very slow (think 1 to 2 minutes per contact) and won't record LI profile data to LeadFWD database in most cases, as LeadFWD is mail oriented and only a tiny fraction of LinkedIn profiles have emails.
LeadFWD looks like a great product for email automation, with TONS of features, but it is not for us.

I was looking for an email for a contact and probably tried fortified different software. However, Leadfwd was the only one that could find Ann accurate email and this alone is worth the cost. Looking forward to trying out the other features
