Too simple & clunky, unlikely to impress potential customers

I was torn between 1 and 2 tacos, because I didn't try the anaylitics part. But for lead generation, it's just not what it says it is. The widgets system is not impressive and not versatile enough. It's very basic and clunky.

Lead generation needs finesse, the journey needs to impress and look good. The widgets here are unlikely to do that, especially for any design or tech-savvy customers. The results on the page mean serious customers might lose trust in the business, rather than become a lead.

If you are making cheap sales-page style sites, this might work for you. The initial design of the lead magnet is just terrible. From there, there is not much you can do.

Design options are just far too limited.

Widget options are basic, and the main method is iframe. I guess this is why they want to call them Microsites (which they are not. nowhere near enough options). Nowadays, proper embedding is standard, iframe is not good enough.

There's too much you cannot change. For example, you cannot choose not to have a background image. The 'interactive' buttons, of which you can only have 2, have few options, and do not position correctly. If you choose both to be bottom right, one goes over the other, not stacked. And the ones I tried did not fit correctly within the image.

Whether or not you turn branding off, LeadLads is there in the code, and becuae of this it is visible as a weird little popup sometimes.

Seeing this has already left the store, perhaps they knew if they stayed longer the reviews would turn once people had really tried to use it.

Best way to sum this up - if someone had told me 'Look at this, it's software from 15 years ago', I might have been impressed. But not today, not compared to what else is on AppSumo.
