I checked the app in the early stages and it had some work to be completed.
They really did a difference by sprinting features during the appsumo campaign and honestly, the platform is quite mature now.
I had high expectations back in the days with PROBOOKING, but it ended up being abandoned and honestly, Leadmonk is already at another level.

We are just getting started with Leadmonk and ran into a snag trying to activate. The support was quick and responsive in helping us activate. Although we are still in the setup phase, I find it to be more user friendly than acuity. I don't like the name of the product because I think it's a bit misleading; seems like the name implies CRM not appointment/calendar.

I've tried a number of booking tools but I've decided to stick with Leadmonk because they have many of the features I need and the features I want are on their roadmap (workspaces/multi-company is one of them!). I like that they give you the flexibility to add as many reminder emails as you want in their workflow. Also, they have great customer support! All the best!

I am a professional using this for multiple business needs. I love the ability to add questions to ask my meeting attendees. I wish my meeting landing pages were a bit more customizable as far as my text layout but I find this scheduler to be simple to use and has many elements that I really like to have available for coordinating time with others.

I purchased a Tier 2 license. I had quite enough time with the service discovering every potential it has, testing them and seeing the capabilities and customization options offered.

Overall, I would rate this over 9 of 10; the value for money is incredible and the key for such a rating. Everything is working as expected and promised.

However, there is good room for improvement in many aspects. Best of all, customers support are very responsive and know what they do.

I recommend this for anyone looking for such service.

I purchased Tier 2 of Leadmonk a short while ago to potentially replace another app I have been using for my business to schedule meetings. Naveen has been incredible with his customer support, and has listened to all of my suggestions on additional implementations that would benefit the end user. He also has a roadmap established with user suggestions for the platform, which will only make the product more refined. I am giving it 5 tacos for several reasons, with customer support being highest on the list. If you are currently a user of Calendly or any similar platform, I suggest you take a look! Very pleased so far...

Leadmonk has got a superb backend/dev team!

This team pushes updates in record time. I signed up for a trial and tried embedding the widget on my website, Asked them if they could hide the event type and in less than 24 hours, I get a confirmation saying this was done.

Their Webhook feature is live too, so we tested connecting it with Pabbly and were able to successfully clone what we were doing with Calendly.

We fully replaced Calendly (paid plan) with a tier 2 license :)

Just signed up after testing about a dozen of these tools, and this has just been the easiest and straightforward setup that just works. We had one major need: collective meetings. We've tried them all. This works and works well!

As a bonus, the developers are super responsive and answer your questions personally and immediately. Strong recommend!

I have switched to Leadmonk from Calendly. I have used several booking applications before and decided to use Leadmonk for our team. Besides using it individually, we can also use it as a team without any monthly or annual fees. Support Team get back to me within 24 hours and solve the problem. I used Tidycal just before that and they couldn't solve the time zone problem. I honestly recommend to try Leadmonk.

If you like Calendly this is better. The customized questions and interface is nice. Only thing is wish we had webhooks to transfer the client info to other software.

Hi, I purchased Leadmonk - and it looks great so far! Just have two questions:
- will (and if yes: when) it be available to add additional languages and country specifications (e.g. "Monday" as the start of the week)?
- Will you add a CNAME-option and would that be included in one of the Appsumo-Tiers?

Lead Monk is everything I am looking for. I am able to add different meeting types along with embedding it on to my website and integrate it with Zoom. I love how easy it is to work with. If you are looking for an simple system to book meetings with your clients this is it. Thank you Naveen for following up and being on top of all my questions. You customer support has been amazing.

If you are using Calendly, you must try this one. It's a very polished product and the team looks super ambitious for growth and development.
Pros:
- All major virtual meeting platforms right of the bat
- One time meeting links option
- Generous 6 calendar sync
- Stripe payments
- Save different availability profiles and easily apply to meetings (saw the value after I used it)
- booking with phone number (new concept, still wrapping my head around it)
- WhatsApp or phone reminders
- Custom booking forms
- Very responsive in answering questions

Needs more work on a few points I highlighted in the questions. Naveen was very responsive and hopefully most of the features will be added soon.
