Very responsive Customer Support
I purchased a Tier 2 license. I had quite enough time with the service discovering every potential it has, testing them and seeing the capabilities and customization options offered.
Overall, I would rate this over 9 of 10; the value for money is incredible and the key for such a rating. Everything is working as expected and promised.
However, there is good room for improvement in many aspects. Best of all, customers support are very responsive and know what they do.
I recommend this for anyone looking for such service.
