Also i noticed you have a chatgpt Chatbot. I will be using my own chat bot from insighto. It is pretty evolved and we trained in our data sets. Can we API of his name or information to our chatbot? or is it just yours that does something like this? can you explain it to me better?

Mar 17, 2025A: We offer GPT based chatbot. You take your prompts from other tool, input it there and it works just perfectly. We don't offer API for chatbot (but we of course do it for the data, recognised persons). So, if you would like to use our chatbot, you can simply add all your FAQs and prompts there and it will support your customers.
aka0PLUSI'm confused so your platform won't work with my chatbot. I would need to use yours to target these people specifically? Is that right?
