Q: to update to the full version ????
I have a question and you answered that you can only see people from the USA and if you want to see people from Europe you have to update to the full version. At the same time, however, you also say that the display of persons from Europe would not be permitted ... I am now slightly confused ? Can you please correct this ?
I bought Tier3 and only want to track people from Europe ... I have included the code for two days now but I only see “Unknow” people and no real data, have I included the code incorrectly? When I pasted the code into Elemntor it also showed me errors in some lines which I ignored but can it be that the code is not integrated correctly ? You offer a training is this possible in German ?

Mar 15, 2025A: Hi, thanks for the question. It might be confusing indeed, let me explain:
Legal side:
- You can track companies worldwide, including EU.
- You may track people only from specific countries, one of them is USA. In EU person level tracking is forbidden due to GDPR.
LeadRebel full version: offers company tracking worldwide, but person level tracking from USA and some other countries, but not from Europe.
LeadRebel's AppSumo version was specifically designed for US market or companies who are working/selling on US market and offers person level recognition only.
If you are interested in persons from Europe only and not USA, than you should rather submit a refund request.
