I feel ripped off—such a dishonest thing to do. When you make a deal with someone, you keep your word. This company should be ashamed of itself for its bait-and-switch tactics. The purchasing company should be held liable in some way.

And the response from the company is EXACTLY what you would expect from a shady company. I am SO glad I was able to get my money back. I wouldn't be surprised if they sold our data also. seems like something they would do.

It was pretty good at seeing some of the people that visited your site, but then less than a month after buying it, they get sold to a larger company and are not bringing in the LTD buyers and are at least refunding us. But seems like they used the Appsumo to inflate their numbers to get sold. Don't trust them in the future.

Edit to the owner: You used appsumo to inflate the number of users to be able to sell the business. You hyped as all up thinking that we'd get a good product and support you and the software and then pulled the rug from under us. And instead of acting in good faith to negotiate keeping us with the new owner, you have a bad attitude (as shown by your responses) and say too bad you got a refund. That's not the point. You can't tell us you didn't know about the potential sale when we were all buying. You knew and lied to us and appsumo.

LeadRebel is a fantastic tool! I love being able to see exactly who's visiting my site and what they're doing – it's incredibly insightful. It threw me off a bit seeing myself pop as a random person up while doing site maintenance, but they told me that might happen. What really stands out is the top-notch support; the developers have been super helpful with all my questions. Excited to see where LeadRebel goes!

I bought Leadrebel because I wanted to know which companies visit my website. I have been using the tool for a few days now and I am thrilled. I had a telephone support conversation with the founders where the software was explained to me in detail (in German). You get the full potential of what this software has to offer with traffic from non-E.U. countries. But just knowing which companies have accessed my website and the short AI translation or summary of the company are worth their weight in gold. The software can do a lot more and I have to take my time to look at it all .... I can recommend the software to anyone who wants to have an overview of their website visitors ....

Due to the good support I would give the software 5 stars

Wonderful product. I had problems with installing the code, support is perfect und very helpful.
