I feel ripped off—such a dishonest thing to do. When you make a deal with someone, you keep your word. This company should be ashamed of itself for its bait-and-switch tactics. The purchasing company should be held liable in some way.
And the response from the company is EXACTLY what you would expect from a shady company. I am SO glad I was able to get my money back. I wouldn't be surprised if they sold our data also. seems like something they would do.
