Q: So, the only way to send emails to the scraped leads os using our Gmail or Outlook addresses?
That's pretty bad! When I receive marketing emails from someone using those two free email addresses, I instantly mark them as spam—especially considering how business owners must feel receiving such emails. Is this the only way to email leads?

You can add only Gmail or Outlook email account. You can add not only free accounts, but also corporate email accounts but they should be registered in Gmail or Outlook.
