I've only been trying out LeadRocks for a few hours but so far so good. It seems to have a good selection of both personal and work emails. Not so many phone numbers.

The search functionality is good - limited to title, industry, location and company size. Would be nice to see features like a Europe wide search.

UI is excellent.

I tried with a fairly wide selection of job titles and regions and was happy with the results.

For the price, this is a no-brainer.
