Data Not Fit For Purpose
Data quality is very poor. UK and USA hold only a tiny fraction of companies. Data is never cleaned. For a sample of 183 unique UK companies, 25% were dissolved, liquidated or dormant. Filters are useless and most data is missing. EG search with revenue filter and return 50 instead of 1,000. Same issue for number of staff. They probably keep stale data as it helps them say they hold x million of data points, except that's useless when industries are not well categorised and import data is missing.
We wanted a data package that was accurate with at least reception phone numbers. Most reception phones are missing and almost no direct phones are included. Even worse they do include personal yahoo/gmail emails, which is inappropriate for a country subject to GDPR. This should be B2B only.
If your business is eg. SEO to any company, any industry of any size, the product might be ok. For anyone else don't waste your time.

Inaccurate Information
At best, 5% of the information that you find on LeadRocks is reliable. Information is outdated and never updated. Until they get a handle on this, I would not recommend purchasing this platform. Lots of hype and a great concept but doesn't follow through with the hype.

such a bad experience
i had such a bad experience with this tool, i had got 1500 leads using this tool and after downloading the csv file and checking all the details only 2 leads were valid and rest of them are just crap , because literally 1498 leads didnt even have a valid email, most of the linkedin profile of those leads were unable , i mean what the heck. this tool should be banned from app sumo as it dosent provide what it promises but yes i will appreciate their support team because whenever i asked something i got a very fast response

Good for Scrapping But Not for Tracking
I was looking for a B2B tracking and scrapping platform, one that I could upload my own leads as well as get new ones, then track interactions with that client. It does NOT do this. I gave it 4 tacos because it took awhile for support to get back to me and answer this question, even after they responded to my first few questions. If they add the upload the ability of my own contacts and tracking of interactions, this would be a stellar app.

Not worth for me.. Lots of leads have data from 2019-2021.. People change jobs so the data is useless..

Decent but it could be so much better
decent, for my niche, something deep but I could find 50 or so leads,
THe problem is search is very basic you can't have any advanced operators, Is / is not,
Exclude people from certain companies or other things like that, makes looking for stuff very very difficult.
I have bought 2 codes, will see how it works and if we can actually get much use out of it.
PLus the search resets to 10 results and doesn't stay at 500 !!

Low data quality & horrible communication
I cannot recommend that you buy leadrocks.
3 Reasons:
#1 Data quality is way below competition and they seemed to not care to improve it
#2 the company is desperately pushing offers, not a good sign
#3 the marketing communication is the worst i have experiences so far. You get mails with subject lines like "FINAL NOTICE", "[12 HOURS NOTICE]", "Expired", "i am Sorry", "🔴 FINAL NOTICE", "Final call" etc. - this is such a bad copywriting practice, so you can imagine what ethics this company has....

HAD GOOD INTENTIONS BUT SYSTEM FINDING EMAILS NO GOOD!
I am in the staffing and recruitment space and purchased this app to find emails. l started out with 20 leads and the system could not find not even ONE! l uploaded 600 plus - almost 700 leads and the system could not find not even ONE!! l contacted customer service via their platform chatbox and the lady told me "OUR DATABASE IS NOT ABLE TO FIND ANY OF THOSE LEADS EMAILS. We are NOT UP TO DATE YET"!!! l almost fainted! Your system boasts 100M records, emails and phone numbers and you cannot FIND ONE EMAIL OUT OF 700 leads????? THIS IS CRAZY!! Save your money and your time - look else where please! They refunded my money - thank GOD!

Hasn't really improved and doesn't get good results.
You can just scrape from the regular LinkedIn Search which is very imprecise compared to SaleNav. and while scrapping the data the extension crashed after 100 contacts.
Also the workflow isn't good you need to scrape the contacts from the search into a csv and import it back into leadrocks to start the enrichment process.
I wouldn't waste my money again on this.

High level of bad emails, no updates
Not a big fan of leaving bad reviews.
However I've had LeadRocks for quite a while now. Sometimes bad emails are as high as 80%.
Also there has been little in the way of updates. E.g we still have to log in via a password "magic link" setup.

Junk leads
We tried running multiple campaigns using LeadRocks but unfortunately leads have info, sales, help, support email ids. Now they are linked to the various CRMs and it shows as erroneous data of high percentage of opens. Another issue is that when you load 7500 leads and upload it on you email marketing tool, it brings it down to 2000 leads because the common ids like support and info are registered on different employee data. Leaving this review after almost a year of usage and we found it as completely useless. We are now buying the data instead.

Responsive Support, Good Software
I like this software so much that I purchased 67K worth of leads a month and will be stacking more codes to get some more credits. I see support helping my needs, even saying they will add the feature I need soon. They just added email verification and I am waiting to see what they'll add next. This database is vital to my outreach. I admit I haven't used their email sender yet, but will in due time.
I have a couple databases, scrapers and have used data miners in the past. I use this as my main database, though I have another. More search criteria would be neat to have, in due time, thanks support.

LeadRocks Needs to Address User Requests and Prioritize Customer Service
I recently had the opportunity to try LeadRocks, and while it has some promising features for lead generation, there are significant concerns when it comes to customer service and addressing user requests.
Pros:
Lead Discovery: LeadRocks can help you discover leads and provides contact details like emails and phone numbers, which is valuable for outreach campaigns.
Cost-Effective: The pricing structure, based on the number of emails found, is reasonable and budget-friendly.
Cons:
Ignoring User Requests: My experience with LeadRocks, along with that of many others, has been disappointing regarding user requests. I, like several users, have requested a Suggestion - Filter Prospecting Search feature. Despite reaching out to customer service multiple times over several months, the responses have been inconsistent. Initially, they promised to implement the feature, but recently, they informed me that it's no longer a priority. This lack of follow-through and shifting priorities is frustrating for users who rely on these features for their work.
Limited Company Recognition: LeadRocks struggles to recognize smaller or lesser-known companies, making it challenging to find leads in niche markets or startups.
Data Enrichment Depth: The tool offers data enrichment for LinkedIn profiles, but there's room for improvement in providing more comprehensive information.
Limited Customization: Advanced users may find LeadRocks' customization options somewhat restrictive when conducting highly targeted searches.
Mobile Accessibility: It's unclear whether LeadRocks has a dedicated mobile app or is optimized for mobile use, which is crucial in today's business environment.
Integration Capabilities: While LeadRocks allows data export in CSV format, more robust integration options with CRM systems or other marketing tools would enhance workflow efficiency.
Pricing Clarity: Clearer communication regarding credit usage and pricing could improve the user experience and budget management.
Limited Transparency: Greater transparency regarding LeadRocks' product roadmap and upcoming features would instill more confidence in its long-term viability as a solution. A roadmap doesn't exist.
In conclusion, LeadRocks has potential as a lead generation tool, but it needs to address critical issues concerning customer service and user requests. The disregard for user requests and shifting priorities can frustrate users who rely on specific features for their work. It's essential for LeadRocks to prioritize customer feedback and improve its responsiveness to user needs.
My experience, along with that of others, highlights the importance of carefully considering LeadRocks based on your specific business needs. While it may offer value to some users, the concerns raised regarding customer service and feature implementation should be taken into account when making a decision.

Not improving the product
A search on Leadrocks does not yield the correct information. For example, there are almost half a million CEOs on LinkedIn in our country, but a search on Leadrocks shows nearly a hundred. I contacted them about this, believing their assurance, and bought 4 codes from Appsumo a few months ago. However, the previous product has not shown any development until now. Instead, it seems they added some new features to Leadrocks and sell it with a different name, Closely.
Since I bought Leadrocks from them, they have my email address. Consequently, they keep sending me emails to buy Closely. I consider it extremely dishonest to sell an old product with a new name by adding a few features to the same product without further improving the old one.
(Attention: If a product is sold again with an exclusive name after selling it, the Appsumo Plus customers who have already bought the product should automatically be converted to Exclusive Plus customers. I hope Appsumo authorities will look into this. Because if this is the case, I could have given this review on Exclusive Plus today.)
