It is a pretty average B2B contact database when it comes to the interface and core features. It does what it claims to do, but the major drawback is the data freshness. Based on my usage, the records seem to be at least four years old.

In the B2B space, data that old leads to high bounce rates and requires way too much manual verification before you can actually use the leads. I am giving it 2 tacos because the platform itself is a data platform but UI functions fine for what it is, but you should be prepared to spend significant time cleaning and verifying your lists if you rely on this tool.

Bought a lifetime subscription but turns out I only bought a few credits to search their database.

UX is very bad. I'm not allowed to input elements in different order and they do not allow you to search for leads unless you have the company website. If I already had a list of website I wouldn't need LeadRocks!

I get it, this is inexpensive.
We signed up for 2 liscences because the volume seemed like such a great deal.
They actually deliver the promised volume unlike other purchases.

In the past few months
- The bounce rates have steadily gone up and the lead quality is steadlily going down.
- The verification widget is no longer functioning - we have to pass 2-3 times on some occasions.
- The industry filter is extremely limited, we cant search for Home Services nevermind verticals within...

Really wanted Leadrocks to win, but its decline has us abandoning it.
Takes more tiem than it returns.

I purchased two lifetime licenses because I was looking for a reliable B2B lead database. After using the platform, I don't feel it delivers enough value for my use case.

The first issue I encountered was my account only showing 50 monthly credits instead of what I expected based on my purchase. I'm still waiting for clarification on that.

I also attempted to contact support using the email address that sent my login PIN, but my email was returned as invalid.

From a product standpoint, my biggest concern is the data quality and search experience.

When searching for businesses in the United States, there is no option to filter by state, even though state/province filters are available for other countries. For anyone targeting specific U.S. markets, this makes prospecting much more difficult.

I also noticed that many search results pointed to the same company website, which made the results feel repetitive rather than providing unique prospects.

Most importantly, I was searching for medical practices and expected to find owners, CEOs, or decision-makers. Instead, many of the contacts were simply employees. For B2B outreach, having a list of staff members instead of the people who make purchasing decisions significantly reduces the value of the platform.

I'm not expecting any lead database to be 100% perfect, but I do expect accurate, actionable data that helps me reach decision-makers. Right now, I don't feel the product delivers on that expectation.

I hope the team continues improving the database, search filters, and overall data quality because the concept has potential. If those areas improve, I'd be happy to revisit my review.

I got this recently and just after it came as a plus exclusive. It is fast to fetch results, generous with the data/searches. I don't know if its email verifications are as good as Reoon's, since I don't know how to compare them well. But it works good overall.

Why the 4 tacos? Well, UX could be better, it is very dated, and missing features such as verifying from your already there lists. We shouldn't need to export and import them. There are several stuff like these that shouldn't be a trouble to fix, considering it is a plus exclusive now.
