Also, I find this statement concerning "AI can generate unusable scripts occassionally. Do not use /share these on social media, etc or your access can be terminated per GTP-3 terms." Can you elaborate please?

Google Ads are on the roadmap and in the works, yes. Concerning AI, that is directly from Open AI GPT-3 and that's the nature of AI. It's AI so it's not always perfect and that makes sense. In my opinion, it should never be the end-all-be-all but it is a very helpful tool.

Currently there isn't a label to attach to scripts but that's a great idea! Teams is for internal team members only and all scripts/quotas are shared between them. Just in case, that's what you mean by user profiles.
