Terrible amount of editing after downloading the script
First of all, I own a lot of these types of products such as funnelscripts so I know a good product when I see one.
I own also a lot of ai writing tools too.
I bought this deal as I really thought it would have scripts that I did not have yet.
The process of filling out all the info is very lengthy and doesn’t have any real guidance examples like funnelscripts has (a video on every page) it only has some text. But the help text is really misleading, unlike funnelscripts that gives you a demo example so you could just start with the demo text, this just gives you a clue so when I filled it in with their text, the script came out as double the same text and made no sense.
Examples of what to fill in instead of prompts world be better.
The second fail for me is that when you have finished and download the text file, you have to do SO MUCH EDITING to edit our all the ampersand ascii2 text and space ascii text that it costs you a whole other hour of editing - may as well have written it yourself. This post editing to turn all the ascii text into an “&” sign for example or to turn a “ns;p” into a space is really foolish on the part of the developers.
When I emailed support it really took too long for them to reply and ultimately I gave up on this tool because the back and forth and reply waiting time was too long.
If you don’t mind figuring stuff out on your own, and editing text the. You could get some good scripts possibly put of it.
Or…you could invest in an ai writing tool and edit waaaay less.

Sorry to see this review. I checked support tickets based on this username. We responded immediately to all 3 requests shortly after they were submitted. They may have been yours but probably not since your account doesn’t have “verified purchaser” next to it.
Regarding the “editing”, we received a support request in November for this issue, I personally combed through the entire system and fixed every “ascii” text that appeared on exporting scripts. We have had zero support issues regarding that since. We have added several additional features to LeadScripts since then, so, if any other users out there finds an issue please contact support. 🙏
Also, every user variable has an example below it when filling out your product/service.
Additionally, if you like FS, you can use the Script Wizard and we’ll ask you questions to generate your scripts. Each question has an example and there is option to complete the entire script with a pre-filled example so you can see exactly how the script should look.
As I mentioned, this review is from a non “verified-purchaser”, but at any rate, all the issues or concerns raised were fixed last year or don’t exist.
Since our first offer on AppSumo over a year ago, the community has been amazing.
LeadScripts has been transformed into what it is today based on 100% of user feedback and requests. We welcome all of your feedback.

Them AI tools that have been appsumo that write copy are incomplete as the details on leadscripts page suggests.
I got funnel scripts recently and I found the interface very confusing, cluttered and frustrating spend 3 hours on it and still trying to understand what all the various links are for. I love lead scripts interface. I've only just bought it and it looks and feels so much more intuitive. I like the 'formula' feature too. If you're thinking of getting Funnel Scripts save yourself the money and get this."
