Q: What does a credit do?
What uses up credits? What do credits do how do they work and as 100 going to be enough for me each month? Looking to just identify anonymous users that come to my website, but don’t interact with my Chatbot or leave their contact information on my form.

May 5, 2025A: Hey! Thanks for the great question, here’s how credits work:
1 credit = 1 unique company identified when they visit your website for the first time.
Even if multiple people from the same company visit (for example, a Marketing Manager and a Social Media Manager tracked by Leadsourcing), it still only uses 1 credit.
We don’t charge extra for repeat visits from the same company within the same month.
If the visitor is from an ISP or we can’t match them to a valid company profile, no credit is used.
Just a heads-up: Leadsourcing doesn’t currently filter out users who’ve interacted with your chatbot or filled out your forms. If we can identify them as part of a company, they’ll still use up a credit, even if you already captured them through other tools. That said, the core value is in revealing anonymous B2B visitors you'd otherwise miss.
100 credits/month is a solid starting point for most small to medium B2B sites. Let us know if you'd like help estimating based on your traffic.
Thank you for the quick response. That sounds good
You mentioned B2B, a lot of the people that visit my website are direct customers like just individuals. Will this be able to capture their contact information even if they’re not connected to a company? Or is it meant for only companies and B2B?
Leadsourcing is specifically built for B2B use cases,we identify the companies visiting your site and surface relevant decision-makers based on that.
We don’t track or capture contact info from individual consumers or people browsing from personal networks. So if most of your traffic is B2C, it may not be the right fit but if even part of your audience includes businesses, we can help you.
Most of these ID resolution products only do B2B--We have a revealer solution that matches personal as well as business data..we give DEEEP verified emails, sha256, skip trace etc..Problem is cold calling or cold emailing the personal contact of revealed website visitors without opt-ins can cause problems..Best bet is to retarget or otherwise soft-push back to your collateral for the optin.
