Quick question about the campaign setup fee — when we signed up, the LinkedIn connection was “under construction” (hard hats and all), and now it’s live, we’re seeing a surprise payment request. Surprise fees: less Tacos, more confusion. We thought LinkedIn connections were free, with limits tied to monthly credits — not extra charges. Can you clear this up? Also, Super Search by Lead Sourcing popped up as a pay-as-you-go feature. Did this replace a previous free function? It wasn’t in the AppSumo fine print (unless we missed it). If we skip Super Search, can we still run LinkedIn campaigns as usual, or is that like bringing a spoon to a Taco dinner? Not trying to be that summoling — just checking we’re not in a burrito twist! 😊 Thanks!
A few questions and suggestions: 1) When do you think you will be able to release pricing for credit add-ons? 2) Can AppSumo buyers get a discount on credit bundles on your website (do these credits remain valid until used or expire)? 3) Suggestion/my two cents - since you are here for feedback too: Currently Leadsourcing is identifying leads and then email them too. When teams try to buid an all-in-one tool, that's where things grow slow. Well, (almost) everyone already has an email tool, including me. If I do use LS, I will only use it to identify leads, not to send emails as I will just add these leads to my existing workflow. Email infra takes a huge cost. So, it might be more useful to only focus on email identification initially. This will enable you to offer more of what your customers want & thus speed up adoption. Thanks Jay
