Q: Does it work in French AND in English (where the user could choose whichever language he likes)?

Jun 4, 2024A: Within Leadster you can configure a conversation flow for each language. This customization is done for each URL on your website.
Example:
yoursite.com/en -> Runs the flow in English
yoursite.com/fr -> Runs the flow in French

Hi! Last week we launched the translation of the Leadster interface into German, French, Dutch, Indian, Russian and Arabic.
Just click on "Edit flow" and change the language setting of your chat in the "Design" tab.
