1- about active pieces, can i use a self hosted version of that for this?
2- can i make a fully functional system to schedule appointments? or something similar maybe using google calendar?

1. Yes, you can use a self-hosted version of Active Pieces. The process would be similar to what you would use with Albato.
2.Regarding scheduling appointments, currently, our system supports integration only with Google Calendar.
