Q: Hi Gustavo, I've purchased Tier 5 and I have just logged into Leadster for the first time.
During my onboarding journey, two things occurred:
1. A unique email address is required for each chatbot/website account (sub account). I got an error message when I tried to set up my first chatbot, because it requires an email address, and I couldn't use the same email address I have just created my Leadster account with. As a workaround, I used a gmail address.
2. For the chatbot itself, I can't upload my own chatbot face image, instead there are 4 stock faces to choose from.
Is this correct? Or are both of these an error?

1. You can create subaccounts using this email format:
- yourname+subaccount1@gmail.com
- yourname+subaccount2@gmail.com
If you put the "+" after your real email, you don't need extra emails, and you'll receive the leads in your inbox.
2. Can you send me a screenshot of this? Because by clicking the (+) button after the 4 photos, you have the option to send a custom image.

To upload a new image, you need to go to Manage flows, Edit a flow, scroll down and click in the (+) button in the Design Section

Thanks, Gustavo. The image change didn't give the option on the initial subaccount setup, but it did have the option later in the 'Manage flows'. For whitelabel, how do you remove the 'GetLeadster' from the bottom of the chatbox?
