A few questions on your product if you can advise:
1)Is the Google Calendar Meeting Scheduling via Chat included in this deal or it it a monthly add-on?
2)WhatsApp/SMS
From what I understand the Whatsapp intergration is loading up a WhatApp message.
a) I presume once this happens the chatting continues independently of the platform?
b) Are you considering intergration with WhatsApp and SMS natively or via Twilo?
3)Human handoff
a)Is this available on this deal?
b)If so, can it be requested by the lead?
c)If so, can a specific point in a workflow be set to request human handoff?
4)Omnichannel Chat 'inbox'
a)I presume the website chats go into some kind of inbox on your platform for review?
b)Related to question 3 if human handoff is possible can we chat to communications from other sources within the platform? If so, which other channels are possible?
Essentially I'm looking for a (partial) alternative to Missive.
5)Team members
How many team members are available on each tier?
6)Agency managing clients/white label
a)How does an agency managing clients work in the platform - are there workspaces?
b)Related to workspaces and question 5 on team members - can we invite clients and team members to login and access a certain workspace only?
c)Are there any white label/branding/CNAME etc features on any Tier of this deal?
7)Mobile app
Any plans for a native iOS app for responding easily on the go?
8)Intergrations
I can see Zapier and Webhooks are available so I was wondering if you have any native planned intergrations with any of these:
a)Incoming leads - Facebook Messenger?

1) Yes, Google Calendar feature is 100% included in the offer and unlimited.
2) Yes, we send information to WhatsApp by uploading a message, and as soon as the user clicks on it, you receive the information.
a) Yes, the conversation takes place independently of Leadster. Only with WhatsApp.
b) We are not yet considering this integration, we are first focused on integrating Chat GPT with Leadster to automate service. After that we can think of other channels depending on the demand of our customers :)
3) Today transfers to human services are done via the WhatsApp button. We do not have real-time chat because the vast majority of our customers do not have a team to remain 100% online for this service. However, after integration with GPT Chat, it is one of the features we thought about implementing as well.
4) Today the platform's focus is on marketing to capture leads, so we don't have a customer service inbox. We have a list of leads within the platform with all the information captured, we send these contacts by email and also send them to your sales CRM. Perhaps Leadster is not the best replacement for Massive as they are focused on service, Leadster is focused on marketing and sales.
5. Team members are unlimited!
6. Yes, you as an agency will have a dashboard to manage all your accounts. Each account must be a website for your client. This way you can, within each account separately, invite users who will have exclusive access to it.
You can remove Leadster's branding and replace it with your agency's logo. Communication emails will also be sent with your logo. However, we do not yet offer domain customization, so login is done via getleadster.com
7. We do not intend to have a mobile application for now, only if we create real-time chat, then we will definitely launch the application.
8. Not yet, today our focus is on companies that have their website as their main channel for visitors and leads.

Regarding 6c. is CNAME being worked on?
Also, currently under the White-Label settings we can enter a Name and upload a logo -- how do I just go back to default? This White-label objection isn't worth it with those simple options & no CNAME customization, and I'm not sure how to simple revert to the default branding again.
For the record though, I love Leadster and what it has already done.
