3. When I'm logged in and submit a feature request there is no submission notification so I'm left wondering if it has successfully been submitted or not.

1. When clicking on a button, you need to be redirected to the Helpdesk, where you can find the needed article:

Upon checking, I can confirm, that the redirection works.
Kindly ask you to try with another browser or else with the incognito mode of the same browser.
2. As I have already noticed, you contacted us via email as well, I took a look at your account and saw, that all feature requests are under the right columns when checking the Roadmap:

Kindly ask you to clear the cache of the browser for an accurate result.
3. Once you add a feature request being logged in, it appears under the feature requests tab, when you refresh the page.
You can add a feature request about showing the notice, when there is a successful submission, so we may consider adding it:
