May we know exactly which element of the product you want to edit by changing the CSS?
We are asking to ensure, that there is no default option to change the desired element, so we can assist accordingly.

Regarding your second question, we need to state, that the AI works as follows:

we take into count customer plan/package(internally, you need to push the data to leanbe.ai), how much time he/she uses the service, country, device, and contribution (how many upvotes, requests, etc) from all this info we will generate something like a FB lookalike and every time once the request/feature released we ask for feedback which will help the AI to learn and give better results.
