Q: Is it possible to have the Request Feature section limited to only signed in users?
And voting too?
In other words the Changelog, Roadmap and Feature Requests visible to all site visitors but voting and requesting a feature limited to authenticated users.

That is exactly how the Leanbe works.
Only signed up users can vote and add a feature requests.
Meanwhile, the Changelog, Feature Requests and Roadmap tabs within the Widget and Standalone page are visible to every user.

That is the feature, which is still not implemented.
But you can add that as feature request from here:

We may consider it's implementation in the future.
