Q: Notification to SMS and email

Can we do app script so that when somebody submit Google form, the form will be added to Google sheet, then notify to our email instantly.

Also notify to our mobile phone (thru SMS) instantly ?

A: Yes, you can do that. for SMS it's one layer of complexity more difficult because you will need to use an API of a service. For example, Twilio.
