Yes, you can share the link with the students, each product will have a unique URL that can be used for sharing.
Regarding the contact details collections, you can create a form by using the feature called custom fields for collecting the data from the students, apart from contact details if you want to collect any further details like which segments they are interested.

For the students to take the test an account should be existing which is a registration process.
In order to collect the contact details, please create a mobile number field with the custom fields feature and make sure that it is enabled.

Giving you one scenario for reference one mock test link is shared with students and when a user clicks on "Enroll"(Free Mock Test) the student will be redirected to the signup page where the student needs to complete the signup process.
Once the signup is done the student will be asked to enter the mobile number before redirecting to the mock test page.
