Q: Hi, I have purchased Tier 3.
I have 2 questions.
1) Why can't I add question pool?
2) The 2,000 tests per month, what does that exactly mean? Does it mean 2,000 students can take tests a month or what?

1 - You can have only a single question pool if you are under our LTD. If you already have a question pool added, you won't be able to add another one.
2 - These are 2000 tests, however, retakes of tests do not count towards the limit.

Every time I read a question, your answers state features that are not available in this deal... for example in the reply above you say the question pool is not available in LTD. Where have you mentioned this limitation on the deal page? I would really appreciate it if you can please write in black and white on what you offer and what you don't?
If you say you map us to a premium plan and cherry-pick features then it is not mapped to your premium plan? If you do not want to offer features to LTD customers why offer this deal at all?
@appsumo team, I am very sorry to say this, but please look into this deal terms as it's getting very frustrating to understand what is included and what is not.
