honest, you have very confusing deal terms. As you can see, my fellow Sumolings have raised the same concerns.
1. I do realise your restrictions about the DRM videos because it costs you server resources. But I am wondering why there is a limit on Certificates? Can you please include these for License Tier 3?
2. License Tier 3 - says 5 sub-accounts, so I have 1 main account and 5 sub-accounts, which means, I can open 6 different schools with their own custom domains? Correct?
3. License Tier 3 - Will each sub-account host 100 DRM videos?
4. License Tier 3 - 2000 tests, can each sub-school conduct 2000 tests?
5. The deal terms clearly say 'License Tier 3' plan is mapped to your premium plan, so License Tier 3 contains the 'Screen Recording Restriction', because the Premium plan has it?
6. To confirm, ''License Tier 3' contains all premium features, but the only difference in the Appsumo deal is it only includes 5 sub-admins - is that correct?
7. Please reply to this comment if there is anything that is not included that I should be aware of.
8. I realise the app is not included in the deal, in one of the comments I read it will cost about $200, then in other comments, you say it is $699/year. If this is not part of the deal, it will be very helpful if you please mention it upfront.
9. Brizy page builder, as a team you chose to use Brizy as a landing page builder, which is great because Brizy is an amazing page builder. However, asking us to upgrade the page builder for $5 a month sounds unfair. We are signing up for your platform and not for each component you use in your platform. It would be great if this is clarified as most Sumolings own a Brizy license, it does not make sense to keep paying for something we already signed up for. If it adds to your cost, maybe you can give us an option to use our Brizy license, that would be great.
Please do not get me wrong, with confusing deal terms, you are literally shooting yourself on your foot, it will hurt your Appsumo sales.
I hope you can clarify the concerns for us Sumolings and make this deal successful for you and us.

Please find our answers below.
1. Initially, we provide 10 certificates for free in all the tiers, however, if you are looking for more certificates you can reach us at support@learnyst.com with the number of certificates we can check on it, In our standard plans, the certificates need to be purchased additionally.
2. Yes, you are right you can create five different sub-schools from one main account, however, once the sub account is created it will be considered as one new account to Learnyst where this sub-school needs to be upgraded to the paid plan in order to use the platform features.
The major benefit of creating the sub-schools would be that from the main account you can copy the content to the sub-school without creating it from the scratch.

5. Yes, the screen recording restriction will be available we use DRM on mobile and web. (Widevine/Fairplay/playready). DRM supports screen capture restrictions on the web also. But it is not 100%. ex: Fairplay support capture restriction in ios. widevine/playready support capture restriction in windows but it is not 100%, In the branded learning app the screenshot and screen capture are completely disabled.
6. In Tier3 LTD, you will be 6 sub-admins.
7. Request you to please go through the LTD details, there is no limit on courses, quizzes, or videos embedded in the LTD.
8. The app will be available as an addon and the cost would be $699/year/app.
