1: How about emailing? Can we send promotional emails or just transactional emails? Is there any sending limits?
-> Yes, you can send the promotional emails and the daily limit of sending the emails would be 2000.

2: Do emails are sent using your server or do you allow SMTPs?
-> Emails will be triggered through our servers.

3: Are emails sent using your domain or our domain e.g. MyCompany@Learnyst.com or support@MyComany.com?
->As we provide two different fields for transactional email and the marketing email, based on the emails updated, the mails will be triggered from the respective email, in the above case considering “support@MyCopmany.com” is a transactional email, in this case, all the transactional emails will be triggered through this email.

4: How about overage uses or admins and video hosting? I see, $9 for extra admin? Is it OneTime charge or annual or what?
-> The sub-admin will be charged $9/ account and will be billed monthly, as the extra admin is not part of a one-time deal.

5: Can we edit the CSS or add our custom styleSheet?
-> It will be very helpful if you can share any use case of this or for any specific interface in which you want to apply the styles for specific elements.
-> The user interface you can do theming using the feature called Branding where you can select the primary color and secondary color which can be applied to the CTA buttons.
