Bought an LTD offer for the highest plan 2 days ago, but I have been unable to redeem my offer in Learnyst just because their platform thinks my email (which is functioning properly) is INVALID. My email ends with .ltd and yes I get that this is not a common domain, but I've been using this email with so many other bigger platforms, that I wonder what this PLATFORM'S problem is. Their customer support is super slow as well.

Was planning to use it for our employees, and if their platform cannot accept any emails ending with .ltd, then there's no point of me for purchasing this.

NOT JUST DISAPPOINTED, I WOULD'VE GIVEN THIS IS A NEGATIVE FIVE STAR IF I COULD. ALSO PISSED OFF AT APPSUMO. All they've done is pass it on to the customer support of Learnyst.
