Service needs to be better
The site itself is excellent, it has the potential to beat many advance LMS out there. However, when it comes to clear communication and expert help desk people, learnyst fails. I feel like there is no concrete plan to treat the existing users. For example, I wanted to upgrade my plan after using the site for the last 3 months, but when I reach out to the service, they said I need to continue with a monthly plan. But as I bought the plan initially using APPSUMO, I am now stuck at the basic plan without any way to use some advanced features like affiliation.
