Firstly, the response by support is excellent. However, the advice and guidance is average because most of the time it's a link to their guidance document, which really did not answer my question anyway.

I even attended one of their live webinars. It was useful, but the focus was on how positive the product was without actually answering any of the "harder" questions being asked. What's the point of that?

Overall, it's very basic and by the time you add other bits (e.g., hosting videos on Vimeo), you may as well step up and go with a bigger player (e.g., Thinkific, Teachable etc).

As examples, the most frustrating aspects were the lack of metadata for course pages (useless), limitation in link addition on course pages, disconnect between website and learner side.

I think Learnyst has potential, however, at this stage for the price asked it's neither value for money nor functional.
