- Inquiring about the seats on tier 5 (25 seats). Is this the total number of seats, or are these seats for admins who manage the employees?
- Need a lifetime deal, the highest plan, to cater to about 250 employees. It's acceptable to have 25 seats to manage the 250 employees or to serve as admins of the system.
- Do employees have grading?
- Can you expand this to a complete HR system?

May 11, 2026A: - It's the total number of seats. All users are treated equally in terms of seats. 25 seats means you can add 25 staff, of any role.

- Each employee can have their own unique allowance, so you can adjust allowances (and allowance policies) according to their grade
- Leave Dates is focussed on leave management, and cannot be expanded into a complete HR system
