Nice but...

Let's start with the good things.
I won't ask for a refund cause I do believe this app can be a good one.
the support is really good and seems like they have the will to help and improve.
in any other cases? I would get a refund - so I really hope this platform will get better over time.

I'm using the version for Woocommerce

things to be improved:
1. some pages do not even load (Analytics for example)
2. Competitor landscape - some of my Competitors just disappear. can you remove and add new ones? NO!
3. there is no onboarding process, only emails that only just now started to roll. you want us to guess how to use the app?
4. the pages take ages to load.
5. some links do not work, for example, on the Advertising audit page.

That's what i come up with now.
I really hope they will improve to platform ASAP.

Hi Groovie,
thank you for your feedback, it is very valuable and motivational to our team. We hope you'll be happy with your decision to continue using Lebesgue ☺️.

A couple of updates on our end:
1. Analytics not loading could be due to an AdBlocker, if you're using one. We noticed recently that Google/Facebook analytics tabs don't open if you're using an adblocker (due to frequent mentioning of "ad" keyword in those tabs). Please let me know if turning off the AdBlocker resolves this issue.

2. We've intentionally disabled removing or adding new competitors, as frequent changes in that tab would overload our systems and make the overall experience unusable. You can reach out to our support team (or to me at josip@lebesgue.io) to manually remove your competitors and add new ones. We're aware this is not the best possible experience and we'll try to improve it in the future 💡.

3. In the upper left corner of every tab, there is a "Learn" button and icon where you can watch a 5 minutes tutorial on how to use each tab, and the app altogether. You can also reach out to our team via intercom and we can walk you through the whole platform. However, improving onboarding is still one of our top priorities and we'll try to improve it as soon as possible 🛣️.

4. We work on improving this - recently we had a huge surge of usage due to a successful AppSumo launch (thanks whole community 🙌🙌 🌮🌮), and we're still improving our database for this case. It should already be much more usable by today than it was a couple of days ago.

5. Links not working - this was a bug that we fixed late last week - it probably works by now.

We really value your input and we'll make sure to improve things that are still not ideal (mainly slow page speed load). Part of your poor experience could be due to AdBlocker, and some bugs we had last week, that are already fixed.
