Hi. I purchased Tier 2 and the product looks and works very well. Are all of the features that are currently active in my account come with the deal? I found the deal terms a bit hard to understand so I want to make sure that after the deal ends, we'll still have the features that exist after purchase. Is this correct?

Hello, I have a exercise facility that requires visitors to fill out a waiver and submit it. They currently do it all manually. Is there a way to have this hosted on the client website, and then the visitor to the facility can go online, enter in their information into the waiver (name/DOB/email/address/phone/parent info if applicable), and sign the waiver and the owner of the facility gets notified and the completed waiver is sent to the person who filled it out?

Do they get to see all their documents and important dates?
Yes, they can view all the documents sent to them for signing, as well as those they have signed in the past.
However, tracking important dates isn’t available for your customers, as it requires AI-driven alerts, which are not accessible to unpaid users.
