A: Currently, we offer white-labeling for all emails sent from our platform, such as those for signing or approving documents. Complete white-labeling of the product is in our roadmap and will be available soon.

Once you add your customer as a signatory, they will receive an email with their login credentials. This grants them access to a limited dashboard where they can log in at any time to view, sign, or reject documents, delegate approvals within their organization, and even chat with you directly.

Yes, they can view all the documents sent to them for signing, as well as those they have signed in the past.

However, tracking important dates isn’t available for your customers, as it requires AI-driven alerts, which are not accessible to unpaid users.

Also would we be able to assign to team members to specific documents where they will also see events and important dates?

Yes, absolutely!

You can easily assign tasks to specific team members for particular documents and add these tasks to their to-do lists, the Legitt AI Alerts pipeline, and even sync them with Google or Microsoft calendars. (Simply navigate to "Tasks" from the left-hand menu.)

Additionally, you can assign payment milestones or contract renewals to a team member directly from the contract itself.
