Q: Persona and Embedding
I've built a demo one quickly on your site - nice and easy!
However, is it possible to:
1. edit the persona; e.g. give instruction to the bot about tone of voice, type of language, length of responses, do's and don'ts etc.
3. Is is possible to embed as an iframe as well as a chat bubble

Mar 10, 2025A: 1 Setting up the personality like tone, length of the responses and etc are on our roadmap not offered currently, but is a part of the future roadmap.
2. Yes it can be embedded as an Iframe but additional setup would be required which can be done if they get in touch with us.

Hello There,
We have added bot persona in the settings section now. You should be able to chose this for your bot.
