current roadmap and the upcoming release of the upload recordings feature.

1. Analyzing Verticals/New Market Segments:
- Would Lerno be suitable for assisting me in analyzing verticals or new market segments where I lack background information, especially in situations with no previous customer interactions to reference?

2. Buyer Insights Features:
- Will Buyer Insights adhere to Data Segmentation when creating buyer insights reports once Data Segmentation and Access Control features are implemented?
- In cases with no prior customer interactions, is there flexibility to provide mock data to generate a theoretical buyer insight report for analyzing verticals or new market segments?

3. Streamlining Manual Tasks:
- How can I access the benefits of Lerno's note-taking, CRM data input, and pre-call planning features without using HubSpot?
- Since I won't be using the feature that automatically sends call notes and CRM data to HubSpot, can I schedule an export instead? Or will I need to manually export the data to update my system of record with call notes and relevant CRM data fields?

A: Yes, we will be releasing the upload recordings feature within the next 1-2 weeks. This means you will be able to download calls from Vicidial and run them through Lerno.

A: Hi there,

Thanks for buying a license. I took a look at your account, and it appears you set your "account language" to French which displays the UI text in French; however, your transcript language remains the default English.

To update your transcript language, kindly go into the "Company Setup" tab -> "Call Bot Settings" and then change it from the default English to French or any other language you'd like to work with.

Please note that this feature is only available for Tier 3 users. If you have more questions, kindly contact on support@lerno.ai or via live chat on the website.
