May 15, 2024A: Hi, we do not support personal emails at this time due to the nature of the product. This is listed as one of the requirements before purchasing the deal. You're able to change your activation email to a company or business email address, and the app should let you register successfully.
If you're unable to use a company email, you can request a refund directly from your Appsumo account.
Ok but this is a sort of sales prevention policy and not good for sales, given that this is a sales related product.
I understand your frustration; however, this restriction is in place to give the best user experience to users who sign up successfully.
