Q: hello, the app has blocked me registering without a work email address.

is this fixable?

A: Hi, we do not support personal emails at this time due to the nature of the product. This is listed as one of the requirements before purchasing the deal. You're able to change your activation email to a company or business email address, and the app should let you register successfully.

If you're unable to use a company email, you can request a refund directly from your Appsumo account.
