- Would Lerno be suitable for assisting me in analyzing verticals or new market segments where I lack background information, especially in situations with no previous customer interactions to reference?
2. Buyer Insights Features:
- Will Buyer Insights adhere to Data Segmentation when creating buyer insights reports once Data Segmentation and Access Control features are implemented?
- In cases with no prior customer interactions, is there flexibility to provide mock data to generate a theoretical buyer insight report for analyzing verticals or new market segments?
3. Streamlining Manual Tasks:
- How can I access the benefits of Lerno's note-taking, CRM data input, and pre-call planning features without using HubSpot?
- Since I won't be using the feature that automatically sends call notes and CRM data to HubSpot, can I schedule an export instead? Or will I need to manually export the data to update my system of record with call notes and relevant CRM data fields?
