this is not true automation and doesn't look good. Cost wise storage prices will go down in time. Or you could have clients use their own storage site of their choice to integrate. But not having it at all is no good.

Any consideration to mapping to your Flexible tier package or offering some video interviewing? Seems like you might get more traction on Appsumo with a little bit more robust feature offering (even if you have to increase the price here).
