Q: This looks fantastic, any idea how it tracks employee's though, for example does it have a browser extension ...
that employee's must install that allows us to let them login via way they can not see passwords for accounts.
E.g. We can assign them access to set SaaS we have and then have login logs each time they use software, ideally for how long they used it also would be great.
I would buy for that alone, if they can give me report how many times my VA loggin for a SaaS and how long they "actively" used that SaaS for.
That would be GOLD to knowing how long tasks take them etc.

Thanks for your question!
Right now: we track employee's last login dates via Google Workspace. That means that anytime an employee clicks the "Sign in with Google" button on an apps login page, that sends the information to LicenceOne.
Planned: Exactly what you described. A web extension that employees install and we synchronise not only their last login date, but also the time spent on each app to understand if it's really being used to it's full potential or not.
That said, we do have some privacy concerns that we're looking for users to help us figure out so it's not too intrusive on employees and they have the right to privacy.
